This is a nice picture of Rance and Cindy's new place in Austin!! They are enjoying the new move and so are the Kids!! The boys have new girlfriends and Sarah has none since her brothers chase them off!! Cindy cooks cookies all day just like June Cleaver...Beaver's mother!! Rance enjoy's smoking a good cigar, Golf(Birdies are few), and Fishing. He had great football bowl predictions, lost with the A&M pick. Give it another shot in March!! Well what can we say about Mom504 Co-Guru. She really deserved the Trophy for she did pick the correct Fiesta Bowl winner.National Champs Tennessee!! She did file a protest and will share the Title "GURU" with The "GURU". Investigations into help recieved with pick at mom504's house in Richardson. | This is a picture of Cathy and Rui's home in Europe. I havent been yet but she does send me pictures every 3 or 4 years!! We all know she is busy!!! CCP had a real good shot at the title but the great SEC let him down. If a couple of his teams would have won he could be a Guru too!!
